How much does it cost?
Fixed prices: Support Macros Starter is $39, Support System packages are $45, $125 or $225, and Shop Launch packages are $75, $195 or $345. You get a written quote before you pay.
How long does it take?
3 to 10 business days depending on the package. The clock starts once we have your questionnaire and payment.
Do you need my password?
No. We never ask for your main password. For Premium setup you invite us as a staff or collaborator user and can remove access any time.
Do you work with Shopify and Etsy?
Yes, both. We write listings, FAQ and policy pages, and saved replies for either platform. StoreSetter is independent and not affiliated with Shopify or Etsy.
Can you guarantee more sales?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We make your shop clearer and easier to buy from; results depend on your products, pricing and traffic.
Do you use AI?
AI tools may help with first drafts. Every line is checked against the facts you supply. Ask for a no-AI workflow before work starts if you need one.
What if I'm not happy?
Each package includes revision rounds. If a delivery doesn't match the package scope and we can't fix it within those rounds, you get a refund for that package.
